Once you decide on which plan you are going to opt for it is better to avoid any kind of social plan in this period as you require concentrating properly on your diet. As the detox diet is going to rid the body of the toxins you are bound to feel a level of discomfort from it. These discomforts indicate that the process is working however this should not include any kind of pain or any symptom should not be experienced for a long time.
